Serves 4
Ingredients
1 ripe avocado
2 tablespoons Charred Tomato Salsa
1 teaspoon finely minced chopped garlic
2 tablespoon finely chopped red onion
4 tablespoons lime juice
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground cumin
Preparation
Peel and seed avocado. In a mixing bowl, coarsely mash avocado. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Cover the surface of the guacamole with plastic wrap and chill up to 4 hours.

Serve with Chicken Fajitas or with baked tortilla chips as an appetizer.
